Okay- that cover right there- see it? That's the cover for the first book in my series! *squeal*
Here's the description (keep in mind that I absolutely suck at these):
"The children of God will seize Magdela, purify its evil- and set fire to the souls of all they touch." That was Ilendi's curse- and because of this, the Council started a war- and in their war, they became corrupt and their world started to die. If their world dies...so does ours.
Lila Hayes has a perfectly normal life- so to speak. She's perfectly content with everything. Until Ben Riley steps into her life, and she's forced into a world she thought only existed in her nightmares. Her only job is to start a revolution- with the help of her friends, of course- and if she doesn't, the only hope of saving the two worlds she has her feet planted in will burn into a distant memory.
So yeah...not exactly perfect material, but work with it. If someone (yet again, who's actually reading this?) could give me some tips for something better in the comments, I'd be extremely grateful!
Maybe tomorrow I'll post some character information =)
Hey, anybody else want to be a mermaid (that doesn't lure sailors to their death- think Ariel)?
